Growth Equity Portfolio Value Creation Analyst Internship: Summer 2027

What you will do

• Lead value creation projects with portfolio company executives and the value creation team.
• Identify opportunities to drive equity value through AI, payments, pricing, go-to-market, and other strategic initiatives.
• Analyze portfolio company performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Benchmark capabilities and best practices across portfolio companies.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and toolkits for portfolio companies.
• Collaborate with the portfolio company community, PVC team, and investment team.

Requirements

• Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in entrepreneurial, high-growth technology businesses.
• Interest in consulting, strategy, operations, or similar career paths.
• Excellent analytical, research, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking, leadership, ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with managing directors, partners, and portfolio company executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, plus demonstrated use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, Bolt, or Manus. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.
