Enterprise Engagement Manager - Retail & Commerce, ANZ

What you will do

• Own and execute Retail & Commerce partnerships and pipeline opportunities from prospecting through negotiation, launch, and ongoing growth.
• Build relationships with retail and enterprise partners and identify opportunities to improve partner performance and customer experience.
• Lead commercial workstreams with Finance, Operations, Product, and other teams.
• Build business cases and P&L models to evaluate opportunities, commercial levers, deal structures, and investments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, account management, or a related commercial role.
• Track record of opening doors, building senior relationships, and winning or managing enterprise partnerships.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, including business-case development, P&L analysis, and negotiation.
• Experience owning opportunities end to end, from prospecting through negotiation, execution, and growth.
• Ability to handle pushback, navigate ambiguity, collaborate across teams, and lead independently.
• Ability to work in Sydney, VIC or Melbourne, VIC, Australia.
