Principal Cloud Systems Engineer

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise-scale Active Directory, DNS, identity management, and cloud infrastructure platforms.
• Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible to improve operational efficiency and service reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure challenges.
• Collaborate with global teams on domain migrations, platform upgrades, cloud integrations, and infrastructure modernization.
• Establish best practices for systems administration, patch management, monitoring, security, and operational documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a technology-driven enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, identity management, and directory services.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Understanding of virtualization, AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, networking, and infrastructure security.
• Experience with Linux administration, monitoring platforms, patch management, operational documentation, and on-call support rotations.
• Ability to manage complex projects, communicate technical concepts, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
