Forward Deployed Creative (Generative AI)

What you will do

• Build end-to-end production workflows from concept to delivery for brand, agency, and entertainment use cases.
• Translate customer briefs into working prototypes that demonstrate creative possibilities.
• Pressure-test generative image and video models, endpoints, and features.
• Create demo boards for live sales pitches and partner with Sales on discovery and demo preparation.
• Maintain vertical-specific demos, customer boards, reusable templates, and pipelines.
• Document successful techniques so they can be adopted across the team.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on daily experience using generative AI for image and video.
• Professional background in brands, agencies, film production, or VFX.
• A portfolio demonstrating taste, craft, and range across creative mediums.
• Strong prototyping skills and a build-first approach to creative problem-solving.
• Ability to work with Sales and embedded creatives, translating commercial goals into creative execution.

Nice to have

• Experience at an innovative creative agency or an in-house technology or brand lab.
• Experience building with generative AI APIs or integrating AI tools into production pipelines.
• A public profile as a creator or thought leader in generative AI or emerging technology.
