What you will do

• Partner with editorial, creative, product, and engineering teams to identify and test AI opportunities.
• Build and iterate AI prototypes in rapid 2-6 week cycles to validate new concepts.
• Develop agentic workflows that integrate various AI models, tools, and human review steps.
• Analyze experimental results to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Create practical demos that make AI solutions tangible for real-world media workflows.

Requirements

• Experience building AI/ML-powered products or software systems.
• Knowledge of unstructured content processing (video, audio, images, text).
• Familiarity with modern AI tooling such as multimodal models, speech-to-text, or OCR.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups in ambiguous environments.
• Must be able to work on-site at the Osterley campus 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with media, broadcast, or content operational tools.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Experience with AI product evaluation and prototype measurement.
