Enterprise Intelligence Specialist (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; New York City, NY; or Washington, DC. Hybrid policy requires staff to work from one of the offices at least 25% of the time.

Annual salary: $180,000–$230,000 USD

What you will do

• Conduct investigations and behavior-based threat assessments for employee and enterprise-level risks.
• Research and monitor geopolitical instability, terrorism, crime, activism, nation-state targeting of the AI sector, and emerging security trends.
• Produce risk assessments, threat briefs, travel risk guidance, executive summaries, and other finished intelligence products.
• Translate intelligence into actionable guidance for crisis management, emergency response, business continuity, and operational security.
• Brief security leadership and cross-functional partners, including Legal, People, Compliance, and security teams.
• Coordinate with intelligence providers, industry peers, law enforcement, and government partners while maintaining documentation and quality controls.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in intelligence, security risk analysis, threat assessment, or a related discipline.
• Experience investigating threats and producing finished all-source intelligence in a corporate, government, military, or global security environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience in a relevant field such as security studies, international relations, political science, intelligence, psychology, or criminology.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal communication, briefing, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent taskings and live incidents under tight deadlines with limited supervision.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including periodic after-hours availability during crises and elevated threat environments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in intelligence studies, international affairs, security studies, public policy, or a related field.
• CTM certification and familiarity with intelligence tools, OSINT platforms, threat monitoring systems, and structured analytic frameworks.
• Experience with global operations, international travel risk, crisis management, regulated or high-risk industries, technology companies, startups, or AI-sector risks.
