DDP Customer Support Technician I (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Perform Tier I procedures, preventive maintenance, and wet-cleaning of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Assist senior engineers with corrective maintenance and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Disassemble, clean, and rebuild kits in accordance with kit management quality standards.
• Apply diagnostic techniques, documentation, test equipment, and established best-known methods with guidance.
• Represent hirify.global professionally at customer sites and maintain an orderly work area.
• Follow intellectual property and safety procedures, including cleanroom requirements.

Requirements

• Basic analytical skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures to solve routine problems.
• Ability to communicate information effectively and work with senior engineers and other team members.
• Ability to walk extensively, stand for extended periods, and work in tight spaces while bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, and climbing stairs or ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and distinguish between colors.
• Ability to work around noise and use hand and power tools.
• Ability to use required cleanroom personal protective equipment, including coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
