Identity Management Analyst - New Grad (IAM)

Location: Hybrid role with a remote work component, based at the Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania office in the Philadelphia area

hirify.global is hiring for its Identity Management Team within Technology - Infrastructure, Support + Engineering.

What you will do

• Manage account and group provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access controls.
• Support joiner, mover, and leaver processes and other account lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide IAM expertise on standards, scalability, and program success.
• Automate identity management hygiene and operational processes using scripting languages.
• Ensure identity policies support business needs and align with regulatory obligations.
• Work with engineering teams to further develop IAM systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline; equivalent experience may substitute.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop and communicate ideas and strategies to users with different levels of technical proficiency.
• Ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
• Working familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Amazon Web Services IAM, Microsoft Active Directory, or a similar identity provider.
• Programming experience with Python, PowerShell, or a similar language.
