Manager, Identity Management (IAM)

hirify.global is a financial services organization with an Information Security department responsible for protecting enterprise systems, applications, and data.

What you will do

• Lead daily Identity and Access Management operations, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, authentication services, and privileged access controls.
• Oversee Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, SSO, IGA, and PAM technologies.
• Monitor identity security controls and investigate access issues, policy violations, and unauthorized access incidents.
• Coordinate access certifications and entitlement reviews for policy, regulatory, and audit compliance.
• Partner with Information Security, Infrastructure, Application Support, Human Resources, and business units on role-based access and least-privilege models.
• Manage and evaluate IAM procedures, documentation, metrics, technology implementations, and service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and four to six years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in Identity and Access Management, Information Security, or related IT disciplines.
• Three to four years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of user lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, RBAC, IGA, PAM, and access certification processes.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise IAM platforms.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, financial-services regulations, Zero Trust principles, and modern authentication technologies.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or equivalent with eight to ten years of related experience.
• Experience overseeing teams in an Information Security environment.
