IT Security Administrator (IAM)

Location: Remote from the United States, supporting EST hours; Stamford, Connecticut

Salary: $45–$47 per hour

What you will do

• Manage daily security administration, including user creation, deletion, modification, and password resets.
• Process leave-of-absence and return-to-work requests, including access removal for terminated workers.
• Assist the Service Desk with escalated identity and access issues.
• Recommend and implement process simplification and automation initiatives.
• Maintain security administration procedures and job aids.
• Support regulatory, audit, and IAM projects while compiling operational and risk metrics.

Requirements

• Mandatory ITIL certification.
• 1–3 years of experience in security administration or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of SailPoint IIQ, Okta, UNIX, LDAP, Active Directory, and RSA AM VPN/remote access.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts.
• Experience supporting global customers by phone and following helpdesk processes.
• Strong customer-handling skills.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and publishing compliance dashboards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
