Consulting Manager - Insurance (AI)

Location: New York (Grand Central), NY; in-office 4x per week

Salary: $170,000–$210,000 base salary annually; OTE: $250,000–$290,000

What you will do

• Lead discovery phases, facilitate client workshops, and drive consulting delivery from discovery through execution.
• Configure workflows and AI agents directly within the hirify.global platform.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into structured process maps and lightweight prototypes.
• Redesign complex legacy workflows and identify operational friction points.
• Own outcomes including speed to value, cost reduction, and platform adoption.
• Produce BRDs and process maps while contributing to reusable delivery playbooks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in discovery, implementation, process engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Ability to redesign complex business processes and translate them into platform-based configurations.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation, structured problem-solving, client expectation management, and executive presence.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms, SaaS products, or automation tools.
• Ability to understand data architectures and integration patterns; backgrounds in MBB, Big Four, or high-growth technology companies are preferred.
