What you will do

• Design and develop proprietary software for mission-critical fixed income trading demands.
• Build and enhance systems supporting market data, quoting, pricing, risk, and P&L.
• Collaborate with traders and quantitative analysts to understand and iterate on requirements.
• Work with technology teams to deliver efficient and scalable solutions for production systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience developing data tools and applications in Python.
• Experience with the Python data science stack, including NumPy and Pandas, or other array-oriented programming environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with traders, quantitative analysts, and software developers.
• At least a bachelor's degree in computer science, applied science, or a similar field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a Quantitative Developer.
• Ability to understand financial models and mathematical algorithms.
• Interest in capital markets, probability, game theory, or applying IT solutions in these areas.
• An advanced degree.
