Analyst/Associate, Investment Engineering (Data Solutions)

What you will do

• Support investment processes by ensuring tools and systems implement appropriate business logic.
• Compile, cleanse, manage, and analyze large investment datasets from multiple sources.
• Research vendor data quality and recommend effective consumption patterns.
• Partner with Portfolio Management, Trading, and Compliance on portfolio construction questions and related analysis.
• Gather requirements and design, build, and test data pipelines with data engineering resources.
• Shape data architecture and improve operational efficiency through automation and process design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience working with large investment datasets and performing quantitative analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or similar data management tools, including SQL Server, Snowflake, or comparable database technologies.
• Experience with financial datasets and vendor platforms such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Refinitiv, or Morningstar is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams, business requirements, and communication with software engineers.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; immigration sponsorship is not available.
