What you will do

• Partner with traders and global markets teams to deliver practical data solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, datasets, and analytical tools.
• Support quantitative research initiatives and develop analytical models.
• Drive improvements in data infrastructure for better reliability and scalability.
• Act as the first point of contact for diagnosing and resolving data and analytics issues.
• Translate complex technical outputs into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong Python experience including Pandas and NumPy.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience working across relational databases.
• Experience building data pipelines, working with cloud platforms, and integrating APIs.
• Solid understanding of data engineering principles and scalable data architecture.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in London and work on-site 5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience within financial services or a trading environment.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Exposure to advanced analytics or machine learning.
