Regulatory Compliance Associate

What you will do

• Provide compliance advice and oversight to business and support functions.
• Assist with regulatory inquiries and investigations.
• Conduct routine reviews to identify and address potential compliance gaps.
• Own and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Trading Compliance on regulatory interpretation, policy implementation, and issue escalation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a compliance role involving critical thinking, coordination, and project management.
• Knowledge of ASIC regulations and ASX Operating Rules.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across business and support functions and explain complex regulatory concepts to stakeholders.
