Salary: $160,200 - $240,000 per annum

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional task forces to identify and implement sourcing cost and product yield improvements.
- Develop and manage business process changes to systematically improve corporate gross margins.
- Conduct cost reviews to report actual vs. target costs, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Refine product cost targets from early development stages and drive necessary changes.
- Manage the financial health of semiconductor products throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Foundry, Product, Test Engineering, Finance, and Business Units.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering/Science with 10-15 years exp, or Masters/PhD with 5-10 years exp in the semiconductor industry.
- 5+ years of experience in product operations at a Fabless semiconductor company or IDM.
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain, and cost structures.
- Strong data analysis skills with a statistical mindset to correlate costs, performance, and margins.
- Expertise in yield/test methodologies and foundry/packaging cost modeling.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
