Auto Damage Trainee (Field)

Location: Houston, TX; onsite field work in the Houston territory. The role includes required hands-on training at facilities in Ashburn, VA, and a field training center in NY, TX, or CA.

Starting salary: $30.53 per hour / $61,500 annually. Published annual salary range: $30.53–$47.31.

What you will do

• Inspect vehicles and assess damage after accidents.
• Review insurance contracts, write repair estimates, and negotiate equitable settlements.
• Consult with customers and other involved parties to resolve concerns.
• Coordinate with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.
• Manage rental cars and support a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license meeting company underwriting guidelines required.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, empathy, problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer-facing experience, high-volume call center experience with KPIs, an active adjuster's license, and a college degree are preferred.
