Etch Customer Support Technician

Location: Pyeongtaek-NF Summit and Hwaseong-Lucestar, South Korea; onsite customer-site work

What you will do

• Perform Tier I procedures, including wafer measurement.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and wet cleans independently.
• Assist senior engineers with corrective maintenance and apply diagnostic techniques using documentation and test equipment.
• Disassemble, clean, and rebuild kits as part of kit-management quality processes.
• Represent the company professionally at customer sites and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Follow safety procedures, best-known methods, knowledge-management processes, and intellectual-property guidelines.

Requirements

• Analytical skills and the ability to apply scientific methods to technical activities.
• Ability to recognize and solve typical problems using established procedures or scientific methods.
• Ability to communicate information effectively and work with integrated teams.
• Ability to perform physically demanding cleanroom work, including prolonged standing and walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work with required personal protective equipment, hand and power tools, noise, and environments requiring color distinction.
