What you will do

• Connect with borrowers, understand their goals, and guide them toward suitable VA loan options.
• Review credit and financial information to match borrowers with appropriate lending solutions.
• Explain the loan process, answer questions, and help borrowers secure competitive rates and terms.
• Manage the borrower pipeline and provide timely follow-up throughout the lending process.
• Communicate with borrowers by phone, email, and other communication tools; business calls may be recorded and reviewed using AI-assisted technology.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to deliver a seamless borrower experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a caring, supportive approach to helping borrowers understand loan options.
• Integrity, accuracy, dependability, and careful handling of borrower information.
• Ability to review documentation, follow repeatable processes, solve problems, and manage follow-up independently.
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and contribute to a collaborative team.
• NMLS licensing is required; support is available to obtain the license after starting.

• Base salary plus commission with performance-based earning potential.

• Daytime schedules generally follow normal business hours, with some evening and weekend work.
• Flex schedules may be worked between 12 PM and 10 PM Monday through Friday and between 8 AM and 10 PM on weekends; flex specialists must work two nights per week until 10 PM and at least 32 weekend hours per month.
