Senior Loan Processor (Mortgage)

What you will do

• Manage residential mortgage loans from ratified contract through closing and post-closing.
• Establish borrower relationships, collect documentation, and provide status updates throughout the loan process.
• Coordinate title work, insurance documents, condo or HOA documentation, employment verifications, appraisals, and government loan requirements.
• Review files for completeness and accuracy, submit packages to underwriting, and coordinate responses to underwriting conditions.
• Coordinate Initial and final Closing Disclosure requirements, including Changes of Circumstance and pricing-related escalations.
• Monitor milestones and rate lock expiration dates, resolve outstanding issues, and maintain loan tracking and reporting records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of residential mortgage loan processing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo mortgage products.
• Advanced knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z, Regulation B, and other mortgage and consumer lending regulations.
• Excellent math, analytical, and communication skills.
