What you will do

• Communicate loan status and respond to borrower inquiries by email and phone.
• Analyze borrower information to assess pre-approval and loan feasibility.
• Interview borrowers and obtain or verify required information and documentation.
• Coordinate internal loan-team efforts to maintain a timely process and resolve application issues.
• Educate borrowers about the loan process and available product or service alternatives.
• Manage social media presence and analyze operational metrics to improve efficiency and meet company goals.

Requirements

• Mortgage experience.
