Senior Manager, CoE NPI Supply Chain (Semiconductor)

Salary: $158,500–$218,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of NPI Supply Chain Program Managers across multiple commodities and programs.
• Own product sourcing strategies, supplier portfolio decisions, supplier qualification, and commercial agreements.
• Oversee NPI sourcing program portfolios, including scope, schedules, dependencies, milestones, risks, RAID logs, and escalation plans.
• Drive product cost performance through CAM, should-costing, Best BoM assessments, and cost-reduction roadmaps.
• Ensure supply-chain resiliency, capacity planning, supply readiness, and high-volume manufacturing ramp execution.
• Lead executive governance and cross-functional alignment across engineering, sourcing, operations, finance, quality, legal, suppliers, and business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; an MS or MBA is strongly preferred.
• At least 12 years of progressive experience in NPI Supply Chain, Program Management, and/or Sourcing.
• At least 3–5 years of direct people-management experience.
• Strong semiconductor supply-chain experience, including lead times, allocation, shortage management, lifecycle and obsolescence management, MRP, inventory, and material flow.
• Experience with supplier qualification, scorecards, QBRs, corrective actions, commodity strategy, and contract manufacturer selection.
• Ability to lead independently while remaining hands-on in complex program execution and executive communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with RF power systems, including RF generators, matching networks, and power delivery systems.
• Experience with complex electromechanical box-build assemblies and integration testing.
• Experience outsourcing manufacturing to contract manufacturers, including make-versus-buy analysis, transfers, dual sourcing, and operational governance.
• Lean, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving experience, including 5 Whys and Fishbone analysis.
• Semiconductor capital-equipment industry experience.
