What you will do

• Reconcile mortgage-related accounts, including escrow cash and liability accounts.
• Process and record detailed loan-level transactions in accounting systems.
• Issue escrow payments for borrowers’ property taxes and insurance premiums.
• Respond to internal teams and external partners about borrower transactions.
• Assist the appraisal team with reconciling borrower appraisal amounts.

Requirements

• Accounting degree or a few years of accounting experience.
• Familiarity with credits and debits.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Consistent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Adaptability and a service-oriented approach when supporting teams and partners.
