Salary: $71,000–$83,000 annually plus a 10% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Assist the Department Manager with administration and supervision of the Mortgage Loan Servicing Department and staff.
• Monitor, assign, prioritize, and manage daily workloads, servicing pipelines, staff schedules, and member requests.
• Address escalated member, staff, vendor, and internal partner concerns, including complaints and guideline or regulatory interpretation questions.
• Coach, train, mentor, and evaluate staff; address personnel issues and support department development.
• Research, recommend, and implement approved process, procedure, performance-standard, and workflow improvements.
• Maintain awareness of Bank Secrecy Act requirements and applicable mortgage servicing, investor, and lending regulations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant lending, insurance, or financial services experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Advanced conflict resolution, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead by example, coach and mentor staff, deliver performance evaluations, and provide clear oral and written training.
• Extensive working knowledge of first mortgage products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, construction, land, and portfolio investment property loans.
• Extensive knowledge of investor and lending regulatory guidelines, plus an in-depth understanding of notes and Deeds of Trust and their impact on loan servicing.
• Ability to analyze insurance claim adjuster reports, repair estimates, repair contracts, county requirements, and potential fraud indicators.
• Ability to prioritize workloads, allocate resources, collaborate across departments, and work effectively in a changing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Marketing, Sociology, Sales Management, or Organizational Leadership.
