Technical Project Manager

Location: Bala Cynwyd (Philadelphia Area), Pennsylvania, United States; based in the Philadelphia-area headquarters

What you will do

• Partner with technical and business teams to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Elicit requirements through interviews, design sessions, surveys, and other appropriate techniques.
• Create functional specification documents.
• Manage tasks, projects, and initiatives across assigned business areas and systems.
• Support infrastructure and DevOps-focused projects.
• Drive business process improvements and provide detailed analysis across technical and business areas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or technical project management, preferably in a software development environment.
• Knowledge of SDLC models.
• Experience with data or systems integration across multiple teams.
• Experience with project tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn new technologies in an unfamiliar environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian tools.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages.
