Project Manager (Agile Testing)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end Agile testing projects covering data management, data quality, data migration, and data integration.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA professionals to define test strategies, plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate test case execution, monitor progress, and track defects through resolution.
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos with a focus on testing activities.
• Identify testing risks and blockers, coordinate mitigation, and provide quality status reports to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data governance policies.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of project management experience, including at least 5 years in Agile environments.
• Experience managing data-related testing projects in banking or financial services, including data quality, migration, or integration.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software testing principles.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, drive discussions, manage expectations, and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Agile project management and testing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of banking regulations, data governance frameworks, risk and controls, or PMO structures.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or ISTQB certification.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation deck creation skills.
• Basic asset management knowledge.
