Manager, Enterprise Strategy & Planning (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with roughly three days per week in the New York City office

Salary: $136,000–$200,000 USD base salary annually, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives for major restaurant partners across the US, Canada, and Australia.
• Build AI-powered systems, including an industry intelligence engine and stakeholder engagement models.
• Develop data-driven business cases, forecasts, opportunity sizing, and assumption analyses.
• Own and improve QBRs, OKRs, and business review operating cadences.
• Coordinate global restaurant strategy with leadership and the broader Enterprise Partnerships organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or general management, ideally in a fast-paced technology company.
• Strong analytical and business modeling skills using Google Sheets, with comfort pulling data in SQL.
• Fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects in ambiguous environments and working across geographies and time zones.
• Ability to align stakeholders, communicate with executives, and turn strategy into action.
• Ability to interpret AI-generated insights, create actionable recommendations, and communicate executive-level narratives.
