Customs Analyst

What you will do

• Operate the customs management solution for import and export activities.
• Review and upload supporting documentation and validate commercial, logistical, and customs data.
• Monitor interfaces and electronic transmissions to customs brokers, resolving failures and rejected filings.
• Perform data quality checks on customs declarations, master data, product classifications, and trade compliance attributes.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and regional teams to resolve discrepancies and track clearance progress.
• Support customs solution implementations through testing, user support, issue tracking, and post-go-live stabilization.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, such as Customs Broker.
• Knowledge of import and export regulations and procedures.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
