Senior Software Engineer (Frontend)

Location: New York; hybrid, with 3+ days per week in the NYC office

Salary: $284,000–$325,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Build and enhance frontend features for an AI-powered sales platform.
• Own key features end to end, from architectural decisions and implementation through deployment and support.
• Create intuitive, performant interfaces that make complex AI insights accessible.
• Partner with product and design teams to turn customer needs into technical solutions.
• Improve development practices, tooling, documentation, code reviews, and engineering standards.
• Monitor product and system health and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Willingness to work from the NYC office at least 3 days per week.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript frameworks.
• Experience with Node and REST API design.
• Experience optimizing mobile and/or web performance.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, serverless functions, Google Cloud Platform, Git, Datadog, or Figma.
• Experience working across the full stack.
• Experience using AI coding tools.
