What you will do

• Design and build polished, creative, accessible user experiences for the Cortex Code coding agent.
• Define the architectural vision for the coding agent platform and maintain consistent design abstractions across the product.
• Build innovative platform capabilities with a focus on scale and high performance.
• Coordinate feature delivery with design, product management, data sharing, cloud infrastructure, and cross-region replication teams.
• Contribute to product vision and team planning while providing collaborative technical leadership.
• Develop interfaces that make complex enterprise data products intuitive and actionable.

Requirements

• 15+ years of software development experience focused on product web UI applications and shipping high-quality user experiences.
• Experience with agentic systems, coding agents, and the Agentic SDLC.
• Experience with interactive dashboards, visualization platforms, or rich data visualization.
• Deep understanding of modern web application architecture, API design, performance, and scalability.
• Technical leadership experience as an architect or tech lead on high-impact customer-facing projects.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, and Node.

Nice to have

• Distributed systems development experience.
• Experience with Electron and VS Code tools or libraries.
