Senior Frontend Developer (Robotics)

Location: On-site in San Carlos, CA

Salary: $175,000 – $215,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and deliver high-performance frontend applications for robot fleet management and control.
• Build intuitive dashboards and customizable workflows for operational visibility.
• Partner with backend, product, and design teams to deliver scalable user experiences.
• Establish frontend architecture, component libraries, and engineering best practices.
• Improve application performance, responsiveness, and usability for complex operational data.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience building data-intensive dashboards or enterprise web applications.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, or real-time data streams.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Carlos, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with fleet management, observability, or DevOps tooling.
• Familiarity with real-time data visualization using WebSockets, gRPC, or event-driven architectures.
• Background in robotics, IoT, or industrial automation.
• Experience with cloud-native environments like AWS or Kubernetes.
