What you will do

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for high-impact technology roles with hiring managers and recruiting colleagues.
• Advise hiring managers and business leaders using recruitment expertise, technology talent market insight, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and agency partnerships.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and candidate relationships.
• Improve recruitment processes, sourcing approaches, and tools while representing the organisation at technology networking events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a high-performance environment.
• Proven success recruiting technical or quantitative talent across multiple disciplines.
• Strong understanding of technology functions, technical roles, talent markets, and recruitment best practices.
• Experience working in highly selective hiring environments and partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, stakeholder management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
• Creative problem-solving mindset, curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
