Junior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with a few days from home.

Salary: €38,000–€48,000 gross annually.

What you will do

• Own clearly scoped product problems from discovery through delivery with support from the Product Team Lead.
• Study recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate needs using customer conversations, product data, and commercial input.
• Work with Product Design and Engineering to explore problems, define solutions, make trade-offs, and iterate.
• Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, priorities, and success measures.
• Track feature performance and use results to guide future iterations and contribute to the ATS roadmap.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Product Marketing, and other product teams to communicate decisions, progress, and releases.

Requirements

• Around 1–2 years of product management experience or comparable experience working with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Fluent English is required for collaboration with colleagues and customers across France and the UK.
• Experience contributing to digital products through discovery, delivery, and iteration.
• Curiosity about users and a structured, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Comfort working with qualitative feedback and product data, with an interest in developing analytical skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS products.
• Exposure to HR tech, recruiting software, or operational workflow products.
• Experience with Amplitude, Metabase, or BigQuery.
• Experience working in a distributed or international team.

Hiring process

• 60-minute Product Sense exercise with a Senior Product Manager and Product Designer.
• 60-minute Product Execution session with an engineer and designer, followed by a 45-minute final values interview with a senior stakeholder outside Product-Tech.
