TL;DR
Product Director, Data Products (SaaS): Defining and commercializing Sievo’s aggregated, anonymized Community Data product for procurement benchmarks and supplier intelligence with an accent on product vision, data governance, statistical credibility, and monetization. Focus on designing customer data contributions, building pricing and packaging, proving commercial demand, and leading the product team through an ambiguous strategic problem.
Location: Paris metropolitan area, France, or nearby; hybrid work with approximately 2 days per week in the Paris office

What you will do
- Define the vision and product roadmap for Community Data, ’s aggregated and anonymized procurement dataset.
- Design customer data contribution models and incentives, balancing contribution value and customer benefits.
- Establish methodology, statistical credibility, and governance for trustworthy benchmarks and supplier intelligence.
- Own pricing and packaging decisions for Community Data as a standalone product or SaaS capability.
- Partner with sales and marketing to develop the commercial motion and validate customer willingness to pay.
- Lead the product team with an Engineering Manager and represent Community Data as a strategic company asset.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS and/or data product management.
- Experience building and packaging a data or benchmarking product from an ambiguous starting point.
- Hands-on experience making pricing and monetization decisions.
- Ability to set product vision and strategy autonomously and lead a team without a predefined roadmap.
- Excellent English communication skills and eligibility to work in France are required.
- Strong analytical and statistical reasoning, including understanding of sample size, bias, and methodology.
