AI Product Manager (Merchant Services)

What you will do

• Shape the product vision and long-term strategy for Merchant Services.
• Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through delivery, optimization, and end-of-life decisions.
• Create and manage a strategic roadmap for cross-functional development teams.
• Define product metrics, track performance, and drive measurable business and customer outcomes.
• Lead collaboration between engineers, stakeholders, and internal partners to build and deliver products.
• Apply AI tools to product discovery, documentation, prioritization, research synthesis, and delivery, while identifying opportunities for AI-enhanced features.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience building high-impact products in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to translate it into product decisions, roadmaps, and metrics.
• Ability to work tactically on delivery and iteration while also setting product vision and strategy.
• Entrepreneurial, outcome-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively in ambiguity and a dynamic cross-functional environment.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience using AI productivity tools such as LLMs, copilots, or automation platforms.
• Ability to work with technical teams to scope, build, and iterate on AI-enhanced product capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience influencing global stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Background in logistics, e-commerce, marketplaces, or merchant-facing products.
• Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, and integration-heavy product environments.
