Executive Director, Global Fin Ops and Compliance - NYC

Location: New York, NY, United States; onsite four days per week from the New York office.

Salary: $206,514.70–$309,772.05 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Set the strategy, governance, and execution for global financial operations and compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing and provide data for revenue and cost-of-services reporting.
• Develop credit-loss strategies, analyze credit exposure, forecast bad debt and write-offs, and oversee collection agencies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and country-level invoicing, tax, statutory, and reporting requirements.
• Lead international tax and statutory audits, manage cash movement among subsidiaries, and oversee transfer pricing agreements.
• Own global financial controls and governance while managing and developing a global team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with financial operations, operational excellence, process improvements, and transfer pricing.
• Expertise in financial controls, SOX, internal control standards, and enterprise risk management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
