Director, Agency & Carrier Performance (P&C Insurance)

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States. hirify.global Flex allows working from anywhere in the US for up to four weeks per year.

What you will do

• Provide strategic oversight of performance across agency, carrier, and third-party distribution relationships.
• Represent hirify.global in discussions with carrier partners and agencies on performance outcomes, operational alignment, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate partner effectiveness, return on investment, complaint trends, audit outcomes, and quality indicators.
• Prepare executive-level insights and translate complex performance and risk data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead process optimization and change initiatives, measure post-implementation results, and report performance trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Significant experience in property and casualty insurance, including agency distribution and multi-carrier environments.
• Experience managing and influencing multiple carrier relationships within an agency model.
• Ability to represent an organization externally and engage independently with carrier partners and agencies.
• Strong leadership experience in complex, matrixed environments.
• Highly developed analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, including engagement with senior executives and external partners.
