What you will do

  • Lead multiple Out-of-State Medicaid teams through Managers and Supervisors, aligning daily, monthly, and strategic goals with revenue targets.
  • Oversee workload distribution, capacity planning, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, service levels, and other key performance metrics, preparing performance reports and corrective action plans.
  • Audit operations and participate in client reviews to ensure requirements, workflows, and service expectations are met.
  • Analyze collections processes in Enforcer, improve procedures and SOPs, and coordinate cross-functional action plans.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, insurance reimbursement requirements, HIPAA, and related regulations.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of management or supervisory experience with teams of 10 or more.
  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare, information technology, or managed care, preferably in finance, collections, business operations, or revenue recovery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare financials, HMO operations, hospital revenue cycle processes, provider contracts, and healthcare data sets.
  • Extensive understanding of insurance payer and provider claim processing and related data requirements.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, computer, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
