Experienced Auto Damage Adjuster

Location: Boise, ID; this is not a remote role and requires work in the listed territory. The position may involve field or in-office work.

Salary: $59,000–$75,850 annually, with an indicated hourly range of $29.51–$37.65.

What you will do

• Promptly and accurately settle auto damage claims.
• Handle complex claims using technical and industry knowledge.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
• Apply mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and sound decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders verbally and in writing.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of auto damage experience and a demonstrated record of successful claim handling.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Solid computer skills, mechanical aptitude, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to work in the Boise, ID territory; hirify.global will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization.
