UI/UX Designer

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end web-based product experiences from discovery through production handoff.
• Translate complex and ambiguous customer problems into intuitive, accessible, and visually refined experiences.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and deliver product solutions.
• Lead customer research and usability testing, turning insights into design decisions.
• Contribute to design systems and help establish high standards for design craft across the team.
• Present design rationale and influence decisions across teams and organizational levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience shipping digital products and owning complex initiatives.
• Exceptional visual design skills in typography, color, spacing, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and proven experience designing for web platforms.
• Advanced prototyping and interaction design skills, including experience with design systems.
• Experience leading customer research and usability testing and applying Design Thinking methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influence skills, plus a portfolio demonstrating senior-level end-to-end impact.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for native mobile platforms or complex workflow-heavy tools for professional users.
• Experience with inventory, sales-enablement tooling, automotive, fintech, or other regulated and trust-sensitive domains.
• Experience working in Agile development processes.
• Experience designing conversational AI interfaces or using AI tools to enhance the design process.
