UI/UX Designer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design of web-based product experiences from discovery through production handoff.
• Translate complex and ambiguous customer problems into intuitive, accessible, and visually refined experiences.
• Conduct customer research and usability testing, translating insights into product and design decisions.
• Create advanced prototypes and interaction designs using Figma.
• Use and contribute to design systems while maintaining a high standard of visual craft.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders and influence decisions across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience shipping digital products, including complex initiatives.
• Exceptional visual design skills across typography, color, spacing, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and proven experience designing for web platforms.
• Advanced prototyping and interaction design skills, with experience using and contributing to design systems.
• Strong customer research, usability testing, Design Thinking, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking, design process, and measurable outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for native mobile platforms, e-commerce, or the automotive industry.
• Experience with personalization, recommendations, or merchandising-driven experiences.
• Experience in fintech or other regulated, trust-sensitive domains.
• Experience with Agile development processes or conversational AI interfaces.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate and enhance the design process.
