Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; travel required up to 10% of the time; relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $83,000–$114,000 per year, plus potential bonus and stock award compensation.

What you will do

• Support cross-functional program execution to meet product-line and financial goals.
• Track operating expense spending against project plans and product-line targets.
• Help create and continuously improve business processes.
• Contribute to division-level business continuity planning and crisis management.
• Work with engineering to execute daily activities and improve R&D velocity using AI tools.
• Remove bottlenecks in material procurement and lead projects across multiple organizations.

Requirements

• Conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and willingness to broaden capabilities.
• Understanding of key business drivers and their application to daily work.
• Ability to lead projects without direct supervisory responsibility.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple organizations.
• Ability to work in Santa Clara, California, with up to 10% travel; relocation is not available.
