Equipment Technician (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Salary: $29.00–$39.60 per hour

What you will do

• Perform electro-mechanical design, testing, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, subsystems, and components.
• Support new system and NPI installations, field upgrades, rework, and malfunction remediation.
• Conduct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing on equipment platforms.
• Prepare logbooks, test procedures, quality notifications, and department documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, secure, and healthy work environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in analytical processes and procedures for assigned technical tasks.
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams, layouts, plans, and written or verbal descriptions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work in tight spaces, climb, kneel, bend, lift, and use hand and power tools.
• Ability to distinguish colors and work around noise, personal protective equipment, chemicals, and cleanroom conditions.
• Ability to drive or operate heavy machinery, including forklifts.
• Relocation is not eligible for this position.
