Mechanical Engineer II (Semiconductor)

Salary: $100,000–$136,500 per year

What you will do

• Perform engineering analysis and troubleshoot moderately complex mechanical problems.
• Design and modify mechanical layouts, schematics, drawings, and specifications.
• Develop custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and associated processes.
• Coordinate procurement and assembly of mechanical components and equipment.
• Enable the handling, assembly, and disassembly of parts, subassemblies, and final assemblies throughout the product life cycle.
• Prepare engineering test reports and alpha/gamma product-release documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience or knowledge in mechanical engineering analysis and design.
• Ability to work with mechanical components, assemblies, manufacturing processes, and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD software, thermodynamics, sheet metal design, material selection, manufacturing methods, GD&T, flow analysis, or Design for Excellence principles.
