Systems Engineer - RF Sensors

Location: Santa Clara, CA; travel required up to 10% of the time; relocation eligible.

Salary: $161,000–$221,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead or develop and execute complex projects combining electrical, mechanical, physics, algorithm, and software design.
• Coordinate with marketing and project management to understand system requirements and meet market and hardware/software specifications.
• Lead architecture brainstorming, system evaluations, and selection of top-level system architectures.
• Write detailed subsystem specifications, define equipment interfaces, and document system architectures.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex engineering problems, including serviceability and manufacturability issues.
• Support system integration during assembly and final testing, collaborate on design issues, and work with vendors to develop competitive products and key suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7–10 years of experience.
• Electrical sensor development and qualification experience.
