Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer (RF Systems)

Location: Woburn, MA; onsite integration and testing in hardware labs and field-test environments. Travel required. Active DoD Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship are required for government clearance eligibility.

Full-Time Salary Range: $138,000–$185,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and develop hardware test sets and test software with domain experts, development teams, and systems engineers.
• Integrate and test hardware and software components in hardware laboratories, software-in-the-loop environments, and field-test settings.
• Verify system interfaces and functionality against requirements and contribute to system design packages.
• Prepare and deliver technical briefings and support technical reviews, including SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, TIMs, and TRRs.
• Document and execute test plans and procedures, then capture and communicate test results and metrics.
• Integrate integration-and-test processes and artifacts into Digital Engineering and MBSE workflows with traceability to external tools.

Requirements

• <hirify.globalong>Active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship is required for U.S. Government clearance eligibility.hirify.globalong>
• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in systems integration and test.
• Proficiency in testing RF systems.
• Familiarity with containerized software.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW.
• Familiarity with Ansible, Podman or Docker, unit test frameworks, and Artifactory.
• Ability to travel.

Nice to have

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Domain expertise in radar, electronic warfare, antenna apertures, sensor resource management, sea/air/space systems, large-scale platform test systems, cyber-physical systems, or open system architectures such as UCI, OMS, or COARPS.
• Proficiency in automated test tools and techniques, Bash scripting, and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with C/C++.
• Familiarity with MBSE tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw, Sparx Enterprise Architect, or IBM Rational Rhapsody.
• Familiarity with government open architectures such as Open Mission Systems.
