Location: Remote; coverage required between 9am and 8pm ET, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

What you will do
- Consult with staff and provide direction for individuals experiencing crises and complex mental health challenges.
- Provide immediate on-call support and cover Response Services during suicide assessments.
- Develop, oversee, and improve emergency and crisis support workflows.
- Review SAFE-T assessments, risk levels, interventions, and clinical notes for acute cases.
- Monitor outreach documentation, shift handoffs, coordinator communication, and patient referral processes.
- Collaborate with coordinators, patients, and referral partners to support continuous and appropriate care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, nursing, social work, or a related field.
- Independent clinical license such as LISW/LCSW/LMSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
- At least 5 years of behavioral health experience.
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to make rapid, accurate decisions during suicide risk assessments.
- Professional communication, strong organization, and the ability to provide virtual support to people experiencing mental health challenges.
- Ability to navigate multiple applications, document in real time, maintain clinical focus, and work with Mac or learn it as the primary operating system.
