Supervisor, Clinical Services

Location: Ireland

Salary: €41–€47 per hour, equivalent to approximately €6,560–€7,520 per month based on 160 hours.

What you will do

• Maintain clinical governance procedures covering legal, compliance, insurance, certification, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with clinical operations to maintain high service standards and support daily operations.
• Define and oversee clinical risk management processes, including risk and adverse-event reporting.
• Establish supervision and workload-management processes for Behavioural Health Coaches.
• Collaborate with customer success to deliver best practices and meet service-level requirements.

Requirements

• Professional qualification and/or Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or another mental-health-related field.
• Relevant professional registration, such as CORU or HCPC registration.
• 3–5 years of clinical and/or clinical service experience.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in clinical risk management.
• Effective communication skills and experience working in a matrix environment.
• Experience delivering remote or virtual care and supporter coaching.
