What you will do

• Own the full scope of supplier quality and operational performance including delivery, yield, and reliability.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve systemic quality issues using RCA, 8D, FMEA, and SPC methodologies.
• Drive suppliers toward high maturity levels and operational excellence through defined quality roadmaps.
• Ensure factory-supplier alignment on quality performance and improvement priorities.
• Manage supplier-side process control, validation, and quality assurance systems.
• Lead supplier audit planning, execution, and follow-up to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and internal standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Materials).
• 5–15 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Supply Chain.
• Proven background in semiconductor, high-tech, or complex supply chain environments.
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and FMEA.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
