What you will do

• Partner with suppliers to design, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct supplier audits and process evaluations, identify risks, and develop corrective action plans.
• Track supplier performance metrics through data-driven analysis and address quality concerns proactively.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Lead root cause investigations and problem-solving workshops to prevent recurring incidents.
• Manage supplier qualification processes during new product introductions and verify compliance with quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Experience in supply chain quality engineering, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing or another advanced high-tech industry.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards, including ISO 9001, APQP, and PPAP.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with quality management software and data analysis tools.
